Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and selling the membership.
- Work directly with Studio Manager/Assistant Manager.
- Book and confirm all appointments including Intro and member sessions.
- Manage the front desk, greet and check-in clients and prospects, help in retail sales.
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants.
- Maintain excellent level of personal sales production.
- Present available services to current or prospective members.
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro sessions.
- Participate in Pop Up events for studio promotion and community engagement.
- Ensure studio is clean, assist Flexologists in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the space.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve membership sales.
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
- Must have excellent communication skills in person, over the phone and via email.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
