Role Highlights:
- Deliver 1-on-1 assisted stretching sessions and small group classes
- Motivate and educate clients about flexibility and wellness
- Help build studio membership and client loyalty
- Ensure client safety and deliver a premium studio experience
- Maintain a professional, positive studio environment
- Personal Trainers (certified)
- Massage Therapists
- Physical Therapists
- Yoga/Pilates/Dance Instructors
- Fitness or health certification required (NASM, ACE, ISSA, Yoga Alliance, etc.)
- Experience providing hands-on instruction or bodywork
- Great communication, empathy, and professionalism
- Passion for helping clients move, feel, and live better
- 20 hours of online coursework 3-day in-person Flexologist Training Program (compensated)
