Position: Membership Sales Representative
Are you passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals? StretchLab is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Representative!
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to connect with warm leads to schedule introductory stretch sessions. These leads include individuals who have already expressed interest in StretchLab, making your conversations both meaningful and engaging.
What You’ll Do:
- Call warm leads to promote StretchLab and schedule intro appointments.
- Educate prospective clients on the benefits of assisted stretching and how StretchLab can enhance their health and wellness.
- Build positive relationships with potential clients, answering any questions they may have about our services.
- Track and follow up with leads to ensure a seamless booking process.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain an excellent customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for wellness and fitness.
- Comfort with making outbound calls and building rapport over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
