StretchLab Deer Park- Northwest Suburbs Looking to fill Tues, Wed & Thurs 3-8pm & Sat 8-4pm.
We are looking for motivated individuals who can commit 20- evening hours per week and Saturdays. This is an hourly position with base pay plus commissions. Wellness or Fitness Sales Experience required
Position :
The role of the Sales Lead is to work with the Studio Manager in promoting the growth of the studio with new membership sales by following up with digital leads phone / text and booking them into Intro Sessions and converting to Memberships. The role also assists with retaining current members with a top of the line member experience & customer service. Grassroots Marketing & Social Media Marketing to grow the StretchLab brand awareness, fun out of studio pop up events to drive clients to the studio. Fitness knowledge, membership sales, customer service and keyholder experience is required. Advancement opportunities available.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, membership sales presentation & close.
- Book and confirm stretch appointments & intro sessions. Assess first time appointments.
- Social Media Studio posting, Email marketing, Grassroots Marketing, out of studio pop up events.
- Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individuals needs and wants
- Maintain a high level of member retention with exceptional customer service & proactive communication.
- Maintain a high level of membership sales production & sales goals
- Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present available services, memberships & packages to current & prospective members
- Book quality appointments and follow-up with leads and missed intro sessions
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
- Other duties as assigned
