Assisted Stretching Specialist

Join our team at StretchLab! As a Flexologist, you will help clients live better lives with improved mobility but providing assisted stretches. You will motivate clients to achieve their goals while building memberships. You will be extremely well trained and contribute to a dynamic, fun, and work environment.

Responsibilities:

· Deliver 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes

· Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions

· Build StretchLab memberships and retain current clients

· Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules

· Contribute positive energy and attitude while working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.

· Complete initial and continuous professional development requirements.

· Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations

· Handle member concerns when applicable

· Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed

· Maintain a strong social media presence to enhance client membership and retention

· Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Qualifications:

· Passion for stretching, mobility, flexibility, boutique fitness, and wellness.

· Certification or State Licensure in any of the following fields: massage therapist, personal trainer, physical therapist, Pilates or yoga instructor, dance instructor, or associated fields.

· Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you are providing hands-on training with clients.

· Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.

· Fantastic communication skills with high empathy.

· Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals

· Professional work ethic, reliable and responsible.

· Successfully complete formal Flexologist Training Program. Including online and in-person/hands-on training.

· Minimum 1 year employment commitment.
