Location: Water House Wellness – Arlington, MA
Position: Part-Time Available
We are hiring skilled Assisted Stretching Specialists who are passionate about movement, mobility, and bodywork. Whether you specialize in Fascial Stretch Therapy, PNF stretching, mobility coaching, or personal training with a focus on flexibility, we offer a supportive, relaxed, and thriving work environment.
Shifts Available:
3pm - 8:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday
Saturday 9am - 3pm
Saturday 3pm - 8:30pm
Sunday 3pm - 8:30pm
(Morning shifts become available from time to time.)

How Our Commission Works
In Massachusetts, stretching specialists must be paid as employees, which means:
Paid accrued sick time
Paid Family Leave Benefits through the State of Massachusetts
Compensation Structure
Our specialists are paid a commission percentage based on total treatment & member prices before any discounts.
- For Part-Time (Up to 29 Hours) Employees with 2 years of experience in assisted stretching, our commission starts at 42%.
- Promotion opportunities available based on retention & advanced training.
TIPS: While not guaranteed, tips typically range from 20%-30% of the total treatment cost
Growth Opportunities:
- Specialists who complete all internal paid training are typically 100% booked.
- Providers who retain 48% or more of their bookings are eligible for promotion.
- We offer paid coaching & mentorship to help increase retention and skills.
