Your Impact as a Flexologist
At StretchLab Sea Girt, every stretch session is an opportunity to create lasting change. You’ll:
- Lead Personalized Stretch Sessions
Deliver safe, effective one-on-one assisted stretching tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
- Educate & Empower
Offer insight on recovery, posture, mobility, and performance. Be the go-to guide for movement health and body awareness.
- Create Meaningful Connections
Build rapport and trust that inspires long-term commitment to wellness. Partner with our front desk and membership teams to welcome new clients and support retention. Join regular workshops, continuing education, and team development sessions—because learning never stops.
Are You a Great Fit?
We’re looking for motivated, compassionate individuals with a deep understanding of the human body and a genuine desire to help others thrive.
You must have one of the following:
- A degree or certification in:
Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or a related field
- A current fitness certification from:
NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF
- A professional license as a:
Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer
- A background in:
Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance
Preferred Qualifications
- CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with clients
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and functional movement
- A positive, upbeat attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- A passion for wellness, fitness, and helping others live better
