Your Role: As a Shop Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our shop's success. You'll lead daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Lead & Inspire: Manage daily shop operations, from opening to closing, while motivating your team to achieve their best.
