We are seeking a Service Support Specialist for our busy powersports dealership. Strictly Powersports is a state-of-the art, multi-line motorcycle and ATV/UTV dealership located in Pueblo, Colorado. We are looking for a self motivated individual to help out in our service department.
The Service Support Specialist is an integral part of the service team and it is their duty to assist in all areas to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction as well as increase shop efficiency.
Hours of operation: Tuesday - Saturday 9am-6pm
Duties Include:
- Stage equipment for service techs throughout the day to improve shop efficiency
- Assistant to the service advisor to ensure proper workflow, check-in service customers, cashier service customers, communicate effectively with the parts department to ensure all parts are ready for technicians
- Load and unload machines for customers that are picking up or dropping off for the day
- Keep equipment staging areas organized
- Clean equipment and customer machines before bringing into service department
- Perform pick up and delivery service for customers needing service or repairs
- Perform quality checks on all repaired or serviced vehicles
- Organization of service department tools and supplies
- Forklift usage
- Shop clean up and organization as needed
- Collect and dispose of trash in service shop and warehouse
- Assist with set up for all events
- Assist with assembly of new units
- Assist with accessory installation
- Maintain shop gas levels
Requirements:
- Experience towing a trailer and properly securing motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs
- Motorcycle endorsement (not optional) or ability to achieve one within 30 days of hire
- Valid Driver's License
- Good driving record
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs
- Fork Lift experience a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
