Job Title: Part-Time Fitness Coach (early mornings / evenings)

Job Duties:
- Provide a premier member experience through fostering a motivational and engaging STRIDE Fitness studio environment
- Building workout traffic and retaining current membership
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of workout room and completing cleaning tasks pre and post coaching block
- Reset the workout room after each of your classes
- Attend monthly team meetings and one-on-one meetings with the Head Coach.
- Attend at least one studio marketing event per month
- Recommended to take a minimum of two STRIDE Fitness classes per week
- Assist STRIDE Advisors with the closing of new member sales
- Be flexible and willing to work on weekends
- Stay knowledgeable on all STRIDE Fitness technology and advancements
- Coach a minimum of 4 classes per week
- Member engagement responsibilities (goal setting with new and current members, inviting members to participate in studio initiatives, etc.)
- Stay up to date with fitness certifications
Job Qualifications:
- Experience as a group fitness coach or personal trainer is preferred
- Fitness certification from a STRIDE Fitness approved education company (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE, NCSF, or AAFA) is preferred
- Maintain STRIDE Fitness coaching certification
- High school diploma, GED, and/or college experience required
- CPR/AED certification is preferred
- Ability to command a workout with up to 25 people
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Passion and ability coach all fitness levels
- Ability to actively motivate members for the duration of your coaching block
Reporting Structure:Head Coach and General Manager
Performance appraisal:30 day, 60 day, 90 day, and quarterly
Compensation: Coaching tiers range from $30/class to $40/class, plus utilization bonuses. Opportunities for additional hours via member engagement and marketing events available.
