Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential patients using a sales-oriented approach, introducing them to StrideMD's remote patient monitoring program and assessing their eligibility.
- Provide comprehensive explanations of our services, address inquiries, and use sales techniques to effectively highlight the benefits of our program.
- Tailor personalized solutions to meet patient needs, guiding them through the enrollment process and ensuring they feel confident and supported.
- Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, utilizing insights to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and team members to streamline the patient enrollment process and maximize sales opportunities.
- Exceed targets for patient engagement and enrollment, contributing significantly to program growth and success.
- Organize and schedule appointments, update and file medical records, and coordinate insurance reports.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, ensuring that they feel supported and valued.
- Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the company and the position.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in sales or client-facing roles.
- Experience in a sales call center environment is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service while excelling in salesmanship.
- Empathy and a patient-centered approach to interactions, complemented by persuasive sales abilities.
- Resilience and motivation to tackle challenges, maintaining a positive and determined attitude.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred. Relevant sales experience will also be considered.
Schedule:
- Availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with flexible shifts available.
Compensation:
- Total compensation between $45,000 - $70,000.
