Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for potential patients, introducing them to StrideMD's remote patient monitoring program and assessing their eligibility
- Provide clear and comprehensive information about services, addressing inquiries and emphasizing program benefits in a patient-friendly manner
- Personalize solutions to meet patient needs and guide them through the enrollment process, ensuring they feel supported and confident
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, leveraging insights to improve enrollment strategies
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and internal teams to optimize the patient enrollment process
- Meet and exceed patient engagement and enrollment targets, contributing to program growth and success
- Organize and schedule patient appointments, manage medical records, and coordinate insurance documentation
- Respond promptly and accurately to patient calls and inquiries, ensuring their needs are addressed with care and professionalism
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of company services and enrollment procedures
- Adhere to all company policies and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with patients
- Experience in patient-facing or customer service roles; call center experience is a plus
- Strong ability to deliver exceptional service while maintaining a patient-centered approach
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to helping patients navigate the enrollment process
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience will also be considered
- Availability for shifts from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with flexible scheduling options
- Total compensation ranging from $45,000 to $70,000
