Strigo Vineyards is looking to expand their team with a Wine Lounge Attendant!
Job Description : The Wine Lounge Attendant assists in all aspects of the guest experience at Strigo, from welcoming guests into the Wine Lounge to assisting guests in navigating Strigo’s wine wall and offering recommendations. The Wine Lounge Attendant completes retail sales of wine and gift items, maintains clean and organized guest spaces and monitors inventory to ensure food / beverage stations are stocked throughout the day. The Wine Lounge Attendant anticipates guests’ needs, has a friendly demeanor and is proactive in accomplishing tasks to maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Greet guests and assist them in setting up wine wall cards and learning how to use the wine wall
- Clean and restock wine in wine wall as needed.
- Suggest and sell wine, wine tasting experiences, wine clubs and non-wine products
- Complete retail sales in Square POS system
- Answer the telephone and guest inquiries
- Upkeep of the seating areas and guest contact areas, including the restrooms and any other public spaces
- Wash, dry and display wine glasses and silverware
- Assist with special event set up and clean up
