We are an enthusiast-driven, product-focused company that works on interesting problems with a great team. We are developing various products in the RF, DSP, and electronics spaces, ranging from consumer products carried at brick-and-mortar stores to beautifully designed, powerful engineering test equipment.
Please note that Radenso Radar and Strikeman, USA Inc. are two distinct brands operating under the umbrella of noLimits Enterprises. This role will have the opportunity to collaborate with and make an impact across both brands.
We are looking for a driven UI/UX Design Contractor to join our team. In this role, you will help us create user-friendly and visually impressive designs for our mobile applications and our website. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of usability best practices and a passion for user-centered design.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in design with experience designing applications from scratch and modifying existing applications. You should also have excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.

This position is onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Pay Range: $45-60 per hour, depending on experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs, as well as iterate on designs.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for mobile applications and websites that align with our brand identity.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Provide clear design specifications and assets to the development team.
- Design user interfaces with a focus on gamification and increasing user engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Experience delivering interactive prototypes based on technical requirements and business needs.
- Experience designing responsive cross-platform user interfaces across platforms such as mobile, web, and desktop applications.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Availability to work onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Previous experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
