Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated lawn care tech to join our team for the 2025 season! The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to providing high-quality lawn care services. As a Lawn Care Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the health and appearance of our clients' lawns.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing off debris, and weeding plant beds.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management to best accommodate the client.
Experience:
- Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Verifiable experience in Lawn care.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of lawn care and landscape maintenance.
- Includes year end bonus based off of performance and attendance.
- Includes one week of paid time off after one year.
