Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This position involves working outdoors to maintain and enhance the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a willingness to learn various aspects of lawn care, including mowing, tree care, and hardscape maintenance.
Duties
- Perform regular mowing and trimming of lawns to ensure a neat appearance.
- Assist with tree care, including pruning and planting as needed.
- Engage in landscape maintenance tasks such as digging, planting flowers, and maintaining garden beds.
- Deliver and spread mulch and stone products to garden beds.
- Complete Spring and Fall cleanup activities.
- Perform neat and uniform trimming of shrubbery.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Participate in snow plowing activities during winter months to maintain safe access for clients.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
- Strong physical stamina, ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of landscape design principles is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to lawn care and maintenance practices.
- A reliable work ethic with a focus on quality service delivery.
- Must be able to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when needed.

Pay: $15.90 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
