Strive has formed a partnership with a venture capital-backed Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company specializing in developer tools. We are currently seeking to expand their team by adding a talented Customer Success Manager. See details below.


Company/Role:


  • $100-160K OTE Equity
  • Series A - $50m
  • Remote
  • AI tool for Developers (Code generation/Code Testing)
  • 2nd time founder (Exited for 9 figures previously)
  • Huge inbound demand
  • Crossed $1m ARR within 3 months of stealth launch (2023)
  • Reason for the role being open: growth


Requirements:

  • Must have technical knowledge in SaaS developer tool products etc.
  • 2 years required as a CSM
  • Prefer NYC-based candidates - but will consider East Coast candidates
