Strive Health Services, LLC is a family owned and operated homecare agency located in Georgetown, TX. With a focus in providing Pediatric Therapies and Private Duty Nursing. Strive employs Speech and Language Pathologists, Physical and Occupational Therapists as well as Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses to work one on one with patients of all ages and medical needs.
Strive is currently hiring a Therapy Market Liaison to join our growing therapy business. The primary function of this position is to strategize, develop and execute marketing and business development objectives that support business growth. This position is responsible for assisting in planning, developing, and implementing the agency marketing programs, which includes community education and engagement, non-remunerative solicitation of patients and/or patronage, and advertising.
The Therapy Market Liaison role requires collaboration with the Therapy team, including the clinical, talent acquisition and operations departments to assist in the procurement of referrals needed for therapists. The liaison will constantly evaluate the market to find and leverage new referral sources and communicate with the therapy team to ensure recruitment in area(s) of great clinical need.
JOB DUTIES/KNOWLEDGE
- Plans and conducts community awareness activities, meeting and interactions which inform physicians, health care workers, and patients (current and prospective) of agency therapy programs and capabilities.
- Conducts non-remunerative efforts to obtain new referrals from physicians, and hospital discharge planners.
- Prepares community relation activity reports as directed by Strive Leadership.
- Ensures referrals and appropriate documentation is faxed to therapy operations to manage new referrals.
- Assist in the designing agency information and marketing literature / tools for use in the marketing program.
- Assists in the coordination of media exposure of the agency to include public service announcements, and advertisements.
- Attends community business functions to gain exposure for the agency.
- Sets and meets job related goals.
- Stays abreast of referral trends.
- Understands variables in markets and can recognize new trends to quickly adjust strategy.
- Consistently achieves performance metrics.
- Contributes to company growth and performance
- Identifies self-learning needs and utilizes educational programs to assist in learning.
- Contributes to and participates in team and individual efforts to improve the quality of service.
- Speaks effectively before groups of customers and employees of the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Previous experience in healthcare industry such as, Marketing and Business Development in healthcare setting: 1 year (preferred)
- Self-Starter
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Knowledge of pediatric occupational, physical and speech therapies (preferred)
- Ability to work as a team as well as independently

- Starting salary $60K - plus quarterly performance bonus.
