Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Leadership and Oversight :
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes and systems to improve the organizational effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with administrative support staff across STRIVE's network to maintain and enhance operational consistency across all sites.
- Partner with the CFAO and senior leadership to ensure that operational functions support the organization's strategic goals and long-term vision.
- Assist in providing operational insights to inform planning and decision-making.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of internal and external meetings, including staff retreats, ensuring all logistical details such as travel and accommodations are secured. Collaborate with the Special Events Manager as needed.

Location : This position will be in-person a minimum of two days per week at STRIVE New York's office in East Harlem.
