Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain systems for online sales and improve conversion rates
- Analyzing customer behavior
- Optimize and manageproduct listings, pricing and promotions across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- Optimize website functionality and user experience, ensuring mobile-first design principles
- Execute SEO, PPC, email and social media campaigns
- Oversee inventory management and coordinate with supply chain team
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
- Handling order fulfillment and customer service inquiries online and by phone
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a similar field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in google analytics, SEO, and digital advertising tools
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Magento)
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and digital advertising tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS
- Effective project management and communication abilities (responsive to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders)
