Position Summary
The E-Commerce manager is responsible for overseeing the online sales strategy for SelfCare Central. This role manages our online presence, optimizes user experience, and drives growth across e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and project management with proven results of growth in sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain systems for online sales and improve conversion rates.
- Analyzing customer behavior
- Optimize and manage product listings, pricing and promotions across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Optimize website functionality and user experience, ensuring mobile-first design principles.
- Execute SEO, PPC, email and social media campaigns
- Oversee inventory management and coordinate with supply chain team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Handling order fulfillment and customer service inquiries online and by phone.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a similar field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in google analytics, SEO, and digital advertising tools.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Magento)
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and digital advertising tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS
- Effective project management and communication abilities (responsive to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders)
Hybrid - Fulfillment responsibilities require boxing, onsite/warehouse presence
Remote - Online campaigns, project management update meetings, reporting, etc.
You set your own hours; specific deliverables are required
Salary : $25 - $50
