Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Community Operations Manager. The Community Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring customer satisfaction, customer service, office administration and sales.
Qualifications
- Office Administration and Front Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer satisfaction and Customer Service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Experience in sales a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
Pay and work info :
- $50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
- Schedule : M-F 8:30AM - 5PM.
- Generous PTO Sick Time offered
