For individuals seeking valuable first-hand experience from an industry leading firm with over 1,450 transactions and 0ver 5.3 billion in value sold. You will be working with our team of analysts, agents and managing partners daily and have the chance to make a meaningful impact at STRIVE.
Primary Duties
§ Maintain our database and iSTRIVE platform to insure they are updated and reflecting the current market
§ Working with analysts and agents on a variety of projects
§ Receiving direct mentorship from leaders within STRIVE
§ Researching and finding correct owners and accurate contact information
§ Tracking for sale and sold properties throughout Texas to keep our information accurate
§ Providing research and new information to help agents to keep our competitive advantage
Preferred Qualifications
§ Prefer students working towards a bachelor’s degree in a related field
§ Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, database experience and CoStar
§ Team player who can multitask, communicate, prioritize time sensitive projects and go the extra mile
§ Interest in commercial real estate as a career after graduation
