The ideal candidate will have deep experience in boiler operation and steam generation, as well as project management and optimization. They will be responsible for leading the team to operational excellence through superior manufacturing techniques, total quality principles, and application of reliability tools.
The successful candidate will also develop and implement sustainable methods for all processes and improvements, manage team members to minimize downtime and maintain quality, and prioritize daily and scheduled shutdown maintenance.
This is a full-time permanent position with benefits, located in Cayuga, Indiana, and relocation is accepted.
