Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a full-time direct hire. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, overseeing employee relations, and analyzing data to inform decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with site and corporate leadership to create and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
- Proactively manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and new hires.
- Oversee employee relations, handling investigations and disciplinary processes while maintaining compliance with employment laws.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement in areas such as hiring, turnover, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and drive the annual performance review process to support growth and succession planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of human resources experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
