Position Summary:
- The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for leading and supporting the HR strategy.
- This position will provide day-to-day support to the sites and have leadership responsibility in organizational design, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and talent management.
- This role reports directly to the Director of HR.
Essential Functions:
- Partner with site leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and segment strategy.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to support business office operations.
- Identify resource needs, manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Work with the talent acquisition team on exempt hiring and oversee hourly recruitment.
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
- Manage employee relations, conduct investigations, coordinate with legal as needed, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support business needs through development, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Develop and administer wage and salary programs, including job analysis, descriptions, and evaluations.
- Enhance communication across sites and ensure consistency in HR practices.
- Utilize data analytics to analyze hiring, turnover, retention, and talent management trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Assess training and development needs and ensure implementation of required training programs.
- Collaborate with other HRBPs across the network, contribute to organization-wide projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead the annual performance review process, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Assist leadership with performance discussions and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, providing guidance and consultation as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum of five years of human resources experience.
- HR certification preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective presentation skills with the ability to engage all levels of employees.
- Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
