Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with site leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Support regional leadership with HR needs and initiatives.
- Proactively identify resource needs, manage recruitment, and oversee onboarding processes.
- Partner with the talent acquisition team for hiring and recruitment efforts.
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
- Handle employee relations, including investigations and corrective action recommendations.
- Support business needs through employee development, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Administer wage and salary programs, including job analysis and evaluation.
- Enhance communication and collaboration across all sites.
- Utilize data analytics to drive key HR decision-making, including trends in hiring, turnover, and retention.
- Assess training and development needs and ensure the implementation of necessary training.
- Collaborate with other HR business partners on organization-wide initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Oversee the annual performance review process, ensuring timely and accurate reviews.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to wages, employee relations, and employment practices.
- Perform additional HR-related duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of human resources experience.
- Certification in HR is preferred.
- Ability to work onsite at manufacturing locations and travel between sites as needed.
- Strong leadership skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and interacting with employees at all levels.
- Up to 25% travel required between locations.
