The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for leading and supporting HR strategies and initiatives. This role will provide day-to-day support to various sites and lead efforts in organizational design, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with site leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to support overall business objectives.
- Identify resource needs and manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Partner with talent acquisition teams for exempt hiring and oversee hourly recruitment efforts.
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
- Manage employee relations, including investigations, working with legal when needed, and recommending corrective actions.
- Support business needs through employee development, engagement, and retention programs.
- Develop and administer wage and salary programs, including job analysis, descriptions, and evaluations.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making related to hiring, turnover, retention, and talent management.
- Assess training and development needs and ensure the implementation of necessary training.
- Collaborate with other HRBPs on organization-wide projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the performance review process to ensure timely and accurate completion, supporting growth and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to employment practices, working with corporate HR and legal counsel as needed.
- BS degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of experience in human resources.
- Certification in HR is preferred.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable working with employees at all levels.
- BS degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of HR experience.
