THE JOB
As a Treasury Management Officer your roles and responsibilities will include :
- The Treasury Management Officer (TMO) is responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting treasury / cash management products and services to business clients and targeted prospective candidates while meeting call, deposits and revenue goals
- This position plays a critical role in promoting treasury / cash management products and services, both internally and externally.
- Responsible to drive top financial performance, client consultancy excellence to ensure the Bank meets service levels and organizational goals while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding service in line with client, internal and strategic partner expectations.
- Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the business client's needs and their financial well-being. Focuses on increasing client engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the bank's client success team and operations to ensure fulfillment, onboarding, training, and billing are client centric with a streamlined approach.
- Participate in community and business functions / groups to provide a positive image for the bank within the marketplace
- Must be viewed as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding Treasury Management.
- Manages effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community or industry relationships, to actively acquire new clients and / or expand existing clients to meet annual performance goals.

Minimum Education : Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business administration .
Minimum Experience : 3 years' direct experience in Treasury management sales
