Job Overview
This is a full-time, regular position that reports to the Field Supervisor or General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment as well as accessories in accordance with company requirements and manufacturer specifications.
- Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as required.
- Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and other components.
- Promote products and services to customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure company property, vehicles, and tools are being properly used, maintained, and accounted for.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A combination of high school diploma or GED and 5 plus years' experience in HVAC technical training certification is required.
- EPA and safety certifications are necessary.
- Proficient in the fundamentals of operational functionality of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment as well as related accessories.
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is needed.
