Responsibilities
- Install and repair services for residential customers
- Perform basic to advanced installations, disconnects, downgrades, and upgrades
- Provide excellent customer service and education on proper use of Spectrum services and equipment
- Work independently with minimal supervision and in various working conditions and locations
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience
- Problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Ability to interpret analytics from soft tools such as meters and handheld devices
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record within company standards required
