Job Description
As a skilled HVAC Service Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic and service work on residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.
You will communicate with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve promoting products and services to customers.
Key responsibilities include working under minimal supervision to perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls, analyzing and diagnosing customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
Additional responsibilities include inspecting equipment, performing diagnostics on equipment, completing routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed or required, and collecting payment from customers.
Working in compliance with applicable legislative requirements, you will represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities.
