About the Role

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical HVAC questions regarding service repairs.
- Analyze trends of spends and make recommendations to clients to optimize their repair and maintenance spend, and maximize uptime for equipment.
- Process quotes from service providers to customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and instruct others.
- Industry-specific knowledge of various components associated with the HVAC service field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential HVAC.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an HVAC service manager or field supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of HVAC techniques, methods, tools, and safety precautions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
