Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our residential HVAC team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences through efficient and effective technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage all repair quotes submitted by service providers and submit to national accounts customers.
- Conduct strategic account review meetings with clients on total cost of ownership.
- Provide technical support for the department.
- Evaluate and resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical assistance for customers.
- Resolve billing problems of a technical nature.
- Assist customer service (dispatch) with technical problems.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years proven field experience in residential HVAC.
- A minimum of 5 years as an HVAC service manager or adequate field supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of techniques, methods, tools, and safety precautions of the HVAC trade.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, able to maintain and protect confidential information.
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
