About Us:
Strong Contractors Inc. is a fast-growing commercial roofing company looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our sales and project management teams. This role ensures smooth project execution by handling administrative tasks, coordinating documentation, and maintaining compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Skills (Required – Cannot Be Taught):
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Strong research and reporting skills
- Fast, accurate typing and data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and quick to learn new software
- Ability to follow and implement processes in a methodical way
- Ability to anticipate issues and find solutions efficiently
- Self-motivated and reliable while working remotely
Responsibilities (Can Be Taught on the Job):
- Provide administrative assistance to clients, the sales team, and office staff
- Prescreen bid opportunities by reviewing project requirements, deadlines, and qualifications
- Prepare and send proposals based on instructions from the sales team
- Track and monitor project approvals, ensuring all onboarding paperwork is complete
- Manage all project-related paperwork, including licenses, permits, purchase orders, change orders, and warranties
- Maintain organized digital records for all project documentation
- Monitor expiration dates and ensure timely renewals of required documents
- Conduct research and perform data entry as required by the team
Work Arrangement:
First 6 months: Work remotely from home
After 6 months: Transition to in-office role in Pueblo, CO
We are relocating our headquarters to Pueblo, Colorado, and are looking to build a strong local team that will eventually transition to working from our Pueblo office. This role will start remotely, but after six months, employees will be expected to work in person at our new headquarters.
