Look no further! Strong Foundations is now hiring full-time and part-time BCBA's for our center-based ABA services!
Responsibilities:
- Development of individualized treatment plans for individuals diagnosed with autism.
- Development of programming and services based on the principles of ABA, including behavior intervention plans, social skills, functional communication training, and daily living skills.
- Conducting functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
- Program and support implementation of services provided across various settings including the natural context of center-based, one-on-one, and community settings.
- Supervisions of RBTs and ABA therapists, on assigned caseload, to ensure fidelity and consistency in programming implementation and data collection.
- Conduct biweekly parent training sessions
- Hold weekly RBT and ABA therapist team meetings and attend weekly interdisciplinary meetings
- Provided 1-on-1 support and training as needed
- BCBA will report directly to the Clinical Director
Requirements:
- BCBA certification
- LBA in Connecticut
- Masters Degree in a related field
- Strength in the application of ABA techniques
- Strong communication with parents and staff in explaining ABA techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dedicated, with solid time management skills
- Pays close attention to detail and is punctual
- A natural leader with the ability to think outside of the box
- Experience working within the home setting / public school setting: 2 years

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

- Applied Behavior Analysis in a clinical or school setting: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- BCBA Certification (Required)
