The Sales Manager at Strong Roofing is responsible for supporting the sales reps in implementing the culture that we, as a company, have built. This is accomplished by working directly with the Sales team and other departments/locations to identify opportunities that improve business flow and customer experience. The Sales Manager’s effectiveness will be measured by how well the results of the sales team support the company sales goal and will ensure that the sales team is performing to target optimal results.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead from the front
- Empathetic to customer concerns, and the ability to investigate situations and create solutions
- Think strategically regarding services, products, and markets
- Articulate and implement processes
- Manage, coordinate, and utilize CRM program to assist sales team on a daily basis
- Work through challenging situations while remaining positive and patient with customers and team members
- Ability to collaborate with other leaders to improve the customer experience and increase profitability
- Develop and communicate values of the sales team / team motivation
- Provide sales team training
- Support in sales team performance evaluations
- Lead sales team meeting Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Requirements:

Education and Experience
- Minimum 3 years in management
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Industry experience preferred but not required
- Preferably a Bachelor’s in Business although not required
