We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our Mattituck Bay location marina team.

The Marina Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and success of marina operations while delivering a high standard of service to the boating community.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the marina office, ensuring efficient administrative processes, exceptional customer service, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Manage reservations, billing, customer inquiries, and coordinating marina services.
- Support staff and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for boaters and visitors.
Management & Staff Development:
- Recruit, train, manage, and support office staff and summer dockhands, ensuring accountability and skill development.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on team oversight, process improvements, and operational procedures.
- Provide coaching and guidance to office staff, ensuring top performance and productivity.
- Foster a positive working relationship with staff, maintaining professionalism and strengthening team dynamics.
Operations & Financial Management:
- Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with company culture, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee and support marina staff, dock attendants, and maintenance teams, ensuring smooth operations and completion of daily checklists.
- Manage accounts receivable for the STL/SMR location, reviewing financial reports and ensuring timely billing and collections.
- Support service operations by assisting in workflow processes, work orders, parts, warranty management, and organizational needs.
- Handle billing, correspondence, mail processing, and payments from clients.
- Maintain accurate data within company computer systems, including customer and vessel records.
Event & Special Projects:
- Assist with additional responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth marina operations.
Requirements:
- 2 years of related experience, preferably in office administration within a marina or hospitality environment.
- Possession of a passion for the water and knowledge of boating and marina operations is a plus.
- Flexible to workdays and times as seasonally required.
