We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for the assembly of door and frame hardware. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly, working with power tools, and following work orders.
Responsibilities
- Assemble door and frame hardware according to work orders
- Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections
- Commit to a safe work environment
- Use forklift to move materials (certification a plus)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Follow OSHA regulations and guidelines
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Dynamics Business Central a plus
- Adhere to all relevant SOP’s
- Able to lift 75 pounds
The Ideal Candidate:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of experience in a manufacturing industry is required
- Experience with power tools is required
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to follow work orders and instructions
- Commitment to safety in the workplace
- 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Monday through Friday - no weekends
- The working location is 310 Windy Point Drive, Glendale Heights, IL.
