Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Engineering to lead our engineering team in Dallas, Texas. The VP of Engineering will report to the CTO and will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities, ensuring the successful execution of the company's technology strategy, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Hire, lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the CTO and other senior leaders to define and execute the company's technology strategy.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of innovative technology solutions that support the firm's investment strategies and operations.
Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the firm's technology infrastructure.
Act as a key interface between the engineering team and other departments, including product management, operations, and senior leadership.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong technical background with experience in software development, architecture, and system design.
Exceptional leadership, management, and team-building skills.
