We are expanding our team and seeking experienced and dynamic instructors to lead courses in Change Management, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Scrum Master, and more.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Change Management Instructor to deliver expert-led training sessions that build a strong foundation in change management and related project management principles. As an instructor, you will have the chance to inspire and guide our students, preparing them for successful careers in these fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, informative in-person classroom instruction on Change Management and other project management-related courses.
• Update and maintain course materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.
• Encourage an interactive learning environment that promotes student participation and collaboration.
• Provide actionable feedback and support to help students achieve their educational goals.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in project management and change management.
• Work with the curriculum development team to continually enhance course content.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Change Management.
• A Change Management Certification (required).
• Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• A passion for teaching and mentoring others.

Requirements:

• Ability to conduct in-person classroom instruction for scheduled hours.
• Willingness to travel to training locations across the Greater Philadelphia area.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Additional Details:

• Expected Hours: No more than 21 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday to Wednesday
• Relocation: Not required, but prefer instructors to teach in Malvern, PA
