Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Make the first student/parent contact a positive and personal experience
- Document all contact, conversation notes, and other important information in the Student Information System concerning student/parent
- Respond to all inquiries from students and parents regarding enrollment policies and procedures as quickly as possible
- Advise student and parents on enrollment eligibility requirements and resolve concerns that may arise
- Set clear expectations and deadlines on every call with parents and applicants
- Follow up with parents and students who have missed enrollment deadlines
- Verify that all enrollment paperwork, including the application, is complete and valid
- Determine student commitment, motivation and potential challenges they might encounter while attending Primavera or any of our other partner school you are servicing
- Complete the enrollment process for all potential students including walk-ins
- Consistently review and follow up with all students and parents in your database
- Help other enrollment advisors if students/parent call and their advisor is not available. Send an email documenting transaction to the prospective students advisor and document in the system
- Other duties as requested
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred, ideally in an educational environment
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- General office environment.
- Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 80% of the time.
- The working environment is generally favorable, lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
