Sales Support Representative

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will assist in troubleshooting process issues, maintain data integrity, and work with the team to ensure that sales operations run smoothly. Their work supports the sales and marketing teams in achieving their goals and contributes to the overall success of the company.

Duties

• Front facing customer support – counter sales
• Pulling CPU (customer pick-up) orders accurately
• Raymond and Scissor lift experience is Preferred but not required
• Manage webstore and UPS orders
• Manage returns and defective material areas and report to appropriate team members
• Label and organize extrusion areas
• Work in partnership for end of month inventory and panel stock inventory
• Marketing sample and collateral production and shipping to customers and field sales
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Process orders and manage customer accounts with attention to detail.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service - Manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshooting and refine sales processes
• Proficient in maintaining high levels of procedure efficiency and data quality
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer engagement.
• Strong organizational skills, cleanliness in all aspects of work areas and attention to detail is required
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications relevant to sales support functions.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
