We are currently seeking Building Consultants with strong experience in the construction industry being able to review site inspections and provide expert opinions.
Location :
Gulf Coast States (Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Mississippi, Alabama)- East Coast States up to New York (Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough site inspections and assessments
- Provide expert advice on damage repairs/replacement
- Review engineer reports
- Be familiar with local building codes and ICC compliance
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in and have subscription to Xactimate
- Proven experience in construction, adjuster/appraiser or building consultancy
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
