Role Description
This is a contract (2 to 6 month) role for an ICC Certified Building Plans Examiner in Clearwater, FL. The Building Plans Examiner will be responsible for detailed plans review for the building permit process, building inspections and code enforcement.
Qualifications
- ICC Certification as a Building Plans Examiner is REQUIRED
- Building Inspections, Plan Review, and Inspections skills
- Code Enforcement and Life Safety knowledge
- Experience in conducting thorough building inspections and plan reviews
- Ability to interpret and apply building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $30 - $45
