Struction Solutions is seeking a Project Development Managerto oversee the planning and execution of new school construction andmodernization projects. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedules,and budgets while ensuring successful coordination across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate pre-construction activities, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, and scope requirements.
- Manage multiple school projects, resolving complex planning, design, and construction issues.
- Supervise and evaluate Assistant Facility Development Managers (AFDMs), Design Managers (DMs), and design professionals.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and overall progress, providing reports to key stakeholders.
- Oversee A / E contracts, bid planning, and fiscal management, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
- Collaborate with government and utility agencies to facilitate project approvals and completion.
- Ensure adherence to CEQA, LEED, CHPS, and DSA requirements for sustainable and high-performing schools.
- Coordinate project activities with internal departments, including Environmental Health & Safety, Design & A / E Technical Support, and Facilities Contract Administration.
- Develop internal policies and procedures to improve project efficiency.
