About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager/Estimator to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our projects, offering the opportunity to lead every phase—from initial estimation to project completion. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to bring projects to life while maintaining high standards in quality, scheduling, and safety.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to define project goals and specifications.
- Develop accurate estimates, budgets, and bid packages for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage project schedules and oversee all phases of construction to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate pre-construction meetings, maintaining clear communication with clients and subcontractors.
- Track project costs weekly, ensuring they align with approved budgets.
- Resolve project challenges efficiently and effectively in partnership with job superintendents.
- Oversee Change Orders and ensure subcontractor agreements are completed to satisfaction.
- Conduct final project reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and punch-list completion.
What We're Looking For
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Experience: 5 years of demonstrated construction project management experience (preferred, but not required).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technology (cell phones, computers, project management software).
- A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships, representing Structural Buildings professionally.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.
