Entry-Level Sales Assistant
Structural Plastics Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Assistant to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will assist in daily sales activities, answer customer service inquiries, process orders, create product layouts and provide excellent customer service. You will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing helpful product information and assisting with all customer service requests.
- Collaborate with customers to design and create customized store layouts.
- Provide assistance to the sales team as needed and provide back-up support when sales representatives are unavailable.
- Assist with the planning and execution of events, conventions, and webinars.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
- Cross-train with the marketing team to understand the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, website).
- Support the marketing team with ad hoc preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters, when needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Knowledge of SketchUp or other design software is a plus.
