The Fusion Application Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, optimal performance, and ongoing maintenance of the Oracle Fusion HCM suite within the organization.
They serve as a trusted advisor and mentor to HRIS Analysts and Senior HRIS Analysts, sharing their in-depth knowledge and expertise.
Responsibilities:
HR System Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Oracle Fusion HCM applications, ensuring system availability, performance, and user satisfaction. Perform complex system configurations and customizations to meet evolving business needs.
Security and Access Control : Administer user roles, permissions, and access levels based on the principle of least privilege.
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex HR system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Provide timely technical support to HR users and escalate critical issues as needed.
User Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to HR users on Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities. Develop user training materials and conduct workshops to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
Mentor HRIS Analysts and Senior HRIS Analysts on system administration best practices.
Staying Current: Continuously stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features, functionalities, updates, and best practices. Attend relevant training sessions and certifications offered by Oracle.
Change Management: Lead end-to-end testing and deployment processes for new system features, patches, and upgrades. Implement effective change management strategies to minimize disruption to users and ensure a smooth transition.
In-depth expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM (all modules) including configuration, customization, and automation tools.
Strong understanding of security best practices and access control principles.
Familiarity with system administration and performance optimization techniques. Expert in Fast Formulas
Proficiency in SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
