The Mgr. Applications role is responsible for selecting, developing and managing a team to develop and enhance existing and new product and services. The manager will partner with internal customer groups and deliver technology solutions to enable efficient and effective business processes. The ability to motivate change, communicate strategically about technology, and an eye for improving organizational efficiencies are keys to success.

- Works closely with business partners to maintain alignment of team's work with broader company objectives and strategic goals.
- Applies knowledge of the business to oversee the design and implementation of IT solutions in support of business objectives.
- Drives technology vision, direction and architecture for the products and services in their area of responsibility; reduces technical debt while continuing to drive new capabilities.
- Prioritizes and coordinates break / fix activities with internal partners and staff to meet system availability SLA targets >
99.9%.
Education / Years of Experience :
Required : Bachelor's degree and minimum of seven (7) years' experience in IT.
Preferred : Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field and a minimum of ten (10) years' experience.
